I can't say that I'm surprised after the debacle they put me and others through when those lousys canceled their direct flights from Cleveland to London..um...two weeks before the trip. This just happened in September. Silly me...looking for the most direct flight from point A (CleveO) to point B (Italy). Oh, nooo...those simple, logical plans were thwarted, dumped, and gawfed at. I learned I was traveling to the garden spot of Newark, prior to my trip across the large pond. Do I sound bitter? No...I swear I'm over it now. :-) Is it too late to ask Santa for a private jet? This is sad news.
