I saw a program on the Food Network recently where the host, traveling in South America (Chile, maybe?), sampled a local delicacy of fresh mule milk. He literally walked up to a guy on the street, handed over some money, and the guy milked his mule into a small cup and handed it to him. It’s interesting to see what other cultures and nations consider drinkable, isn’t it?
